2. What data we collect — and when
If you browse the public catalog without logging in, we do not ask for account details. If you create an account, we store the email address used for authentication, your chosen profile details, and the collection data you add yourself, such as owned sets, wishlist items, shelves, progress, notes, valuations, and uploaded photos. If you submit feedback or a report, we may store the message, category, current page URL, basic browser context, optional contact email, and your account identifier if you are logged in.
3. Why we use your data
Account and collection data power the vault features: collection views, shelves, wishlist, minifigures, parts, buildability, progress, sharing, and account settings. Feedback data helps us reproduce issues and improve the product. We do not sell personal data. Collection value information is used to show informational estimates inside the product; it is not financial advice.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security, preferences, and basic site operation. With your consent, Studinary also uses Google Analytics 4 on studinary.net with measurement ID G-THQW5E3VDZ. Analytics events are designed not to include email addresses, passwords, notes, storage locations, uploaded image URLs, purchase prices, collection values, or feedback message contents. You can change analytics consent from the cookie settings link in the footer.
5. Service providers
Studinary uses one shared Supabase project for authentication and database storage, one Cloudinary account for catalog and user-uploaded images, Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for consent-based analytics, and Resend for feedback email delivery where configured. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. User-uploaded photos are stored and delivered through Cloudinary.
6. User uploads and public sharing
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload photos or other materials. Public profile, shelf, share-card, and collection-sharing features may make selected profile or collection information publicly accessible when you enable them. Private vault data remains account-gated unless you choose a public sharing option.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by contacting klockosejf@gmail.com. Account deletion is available in account settings where implemented, or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, associated account data is removed from active systems, usually within 30 days, subject to backups, logs, and legitimate security or abuse-prevention needs.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders through the product or by email. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
