Import a LEGO Collection
How to import an existing LEGO collection into Studinary from Rebrickable, Brickset, or CSV while keeping ownership of your data.

Prepare your source file
Export from Rebrickable or Brickset in a supported format, or prepare a CSV with set numbers.
Accurate set numbers reduce manual matching after upload.
Run the vault import
Open Import in your vault, upload the file, and review matches, skipped rows, and conflicts.
Import is a starting point — it does not silently overwrite private notes or purchase prices without your action.
Clean up after import
Use collection hygiene tools to catch missing numbers, duplicates, and incomplete records.
Export remains available so you can keep a copy of your collection data.
